All décor items, including pumpkins, hay, gourds, and related materials, are natural products and may vary in size, color, and condition. Festive Fronts is not responsible for damage caused by weather, animals, or normal deterioration of organic materials. Customers are responsible for maintaining clear and safe walkways; Festive Fronts is not liable for injuries, slips, falls, or property damage occurring after installation is complete. By purchasing our services, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Thank you for choosing Festive Fronts for your custom pumpkin design and home delivery services. We strive to provide high-quality, seasonal products and exceptional service. Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of our pumpkins and designs, our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility

Cancellations More Than 48 Hours Before Scheduled Service/Delivery: If you cancel your order more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or service date, you are eligible for a full 90% refund of the order total. The remaining 10% covers processing and administrative fees.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Scheduled Service/Delivery: Unfortunately, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery or service date. This is because we begin sourcing specific pumpkins, preparing custom designs, and coordinating delivery logistics well in advance.

After Preparation or Delivery: Once preparation has begun or the order has been delivered, no refunds will be available, as pumpkins are perishable and designs are custom-made.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances (e.g., severe weather preventing delivery, or significant errors on our part, such as delivering the wrong design). In such cases:

If an issue occurs due to our error (e.g., damaged pumpkins during transit caused by us), we will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of any issues to be considered for an exception.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Any additional fees (e.g., rush delivery surcharges, if applicable) are non-refundable.
